About

Men Evolving Now was founded in 2024. After two years and many meetings in which we discussed, processed and worked on our male identities, we founded MEN as a think and do tank for developing the role of men in society, and for supporting men to improve their lives.

We are avid practitioners of inner work and continuously interested our development as individuals, co-facilitators, and as co-founders of MEN. We believe that the ability to look inward and the willingness to work on our own challenges, are key to the success of Men Evolving Now.

Our vision

Men Evolving Now is where men grow into their whole selves at their own pace and in their own way.

We see men who, in their own unique way, can be empathetic and strong, goal orientated in one moment and easy-going in another, and who are both assertive and good listeners.

In a culture that recognises and honours the inner diversity of each man, men can act authentically, with integrity, and sustainably in the world.

Our mission

At Men Evolving Now we work with men in workshops and one-to-one coaching. These sessions support participants in developing their own version of being a whole man. We investigate how current societal norms of masculinity shape male behaviour and write about the psychology of men.

Psychologist, Researcher and Co-Founder of Men Evolving Now

I grew up loving the Irish sport hurling, which I played amongst many great men. By the time I reached my early 20's however, I was lost when it came to relationships and emotions. MEN is born out of a wish to redress this imbalance. It is for guys interested in figuring life out and wish to do it with other men. Come along, bring yourself and bring 'the lads'.“

“Most of us men have been discouraged by society from connecting with our feelings. In many years of inner work, I have come to understand the power of accessing my emotions and translating them into actions. I want to support change the role of maleness for it to include feelings as a normal part of masculinity, because living in line with our feelings makes us better at everything – as leaders, as collaborators, and as partners.“
